Question 1

Why is a 2020 or newer Honda HR-V under $20,000 priced so low?

Accepted Answer

These HR-Vs carry a rebuilt or branded title, meaning they were previously declared a total loss, professionally repaired, and passed a state DMV safety inspection. That title status is what brings the price down — often up to 50% below clean-title market value — not the condition of the repair.

Question 2

Are green Honda HR-Vs on ReVroom inspected before sale?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Every HR-V listed on ReVroom was professionally repaired and passed a state DMV safety inspection before receiving its rebuilt title. Listings include disclosed repair information and photos where available, so you can review what was done.

Question 3

Can I get a vehicle history report for a rebuilt title HR-V?

Accepted Answer

ReVroom offers a $15 VIN history report you can purchase for any listing. Note that listings themselves don't include a full vehicle or accident history — the report is a separate purchase to help with your research.

Question 4

Do these HR-Vs come with delivery or shipping?

Accepted Answer

ReVroom doesn't provide shipping or delivery services. You'll coordinate pickup directly with the seller, so factor travel or transport arrangements into your buying plan.

Question 5

Is buying a rebuilt title Honda HR-V a good deal?

Accepted Answer

For many shoppers, yes — a 2020 or newer green HR-V with a rebuilt title can cost thousands less than a clean-title equivalent while offering the same practicality and fuel efficiency, especially when repair details and photos are disclosed up front on ReVroom.
